By accessing and using imgi.io (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

imgi.io provides free online tools for image processing, file conversion, and other utility tasks. Our image tools (compress, resize, convert, crop, transparent corners, SVG to PNG, and favicon generator) run directly in your web browser using local processing. No files are uploaded to our servers during the use of these tools.

The "Send" feature links to send.imgi.io, a separate service operated by us for cross-device content transfer. Content on send.imgi.io is subject to its own terms and is automatically deleted after 48 hours.

3. User Obligations

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or impair the Service or its infrastructure.
• Process content that infringes on intellectual property rights.
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) in a way that degrades the Service for other users.

4. Intellectual Property

Your Content. All files and content you process through imgi.io remain your property. We do not claim ownership, license, or rights to your content in any way.

Our Service. The imgi.io website, logo, design, and underlying code are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without permission.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements. Use of the Service is at your own risk.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, imgi.io and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to loss of data or quality degradation resulting from image processing.

7. Third-Party Links

The Service may contain links to third-party websites (such as send.imgi.io). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party sites. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk.

8. Modifications
